For some reason, the slice god's love me. I got a 41 and a 44 slice about 1 or 2 slices apart.

Well, the one thing you haven't read in these forums is the Smuggler FAQ, which states:
Master Smuggler:
- Weapon: 15-35% Damage or Speed
- Armor: 11-35% Effectiveness
- Armor: 20-45% Encumbrance

Just so you know... I have read the FAQ. It dosn't help my frustration any.
However... I will check again as I must have missed the effectivness part.

And by the way... (cause your comment aggervated me just a tad) if this is so accurate... how do I get 47 percent encumbrance slices?

If its anything for a shine of hope, I just sliced a nice vibro axe for a 32% damage slice! The max damage is almost near 500! Me and the customer were both happy! But getting back on the topic at hand, it is rather pathetic when us Master Smugglers get the shaft like this.... OH SWEET JESUS WHY DID YOU HAVE TO DO THIS SWG/SOE!!!!!

Err you don't. Or it's a bug. Personally I think people just misread 41% as 47% sometimes.

Gents, as a master BH and aspiring slicer, what i ask/infer may be a stupid thing. but....
is it possible/likely that u masters are getting lower than expected armor effectiveness due to a stealth "cap" from the devs so that the new "super composite armor" can never reach or even possibly pass the 100% mark.
it should theoretically be possble to slice the expensive armors to 100% with a 45% slice i would have thought.

Armor is capped at 90% base effect anyway. No stealth nerf involved, it was in a publish from WAY back (right after somebody came up with some 100%+ pieces)...
That still doesn't change the way slicing works. If I hit a 35% slice on a 70% base effect comp, it will only increase to 90%...not the 95% that it used to...

First of all... I wouldn't have a clue how to alter a screen shot or how to even post it in these boards.
Second of all... why should I care if you believe me or not?
The fact is the fact and the only important thing really is that I know it. And since at the time I wasn't really considering the need to prove this to anybody, I didn't take a screen shot. But I'm sure you already knew that whenyou asked me to provide one.
And third of all... I really don't understand your abruptness with me. The post you made two or three boxes up was just rude and uncalled for.
I started an opinion based thread looking for comments and venting some frustration... I didn't expect to be made out like an idiot or something.
