We get to understand lekku? You sure? I don't seem to remember being able to understand it, and I'm a master smuggler... Though I do know that I can understand the Talus space station and none of my other characters can LOL.
They must've left that out in Smuggler 101 when you were taking it. Because man. Those innocent and demure Twi's are some dirty dirty girls when they don't think anyone is listening. You're missing out.
I've always used a food/chem crafting tool and station to make spice schematics.
The tool and station should match the factory. You might want to look into this.
So here's one for ya.... how are those of us who were using slicing xp as our only means of converting force sensitive senses boxes supposed to finish those? Am i supposed to drop half my template just to get a skill that serves no other purpose?
Or did "Plan B" not consider that little tidbit? Or were you guys just hoping nobody would notice?
You guys are always screaming about "a level playing field", where you envision a world where there are no rewards for added effort, just bonuses for mediocrity. What, was it too easy for us to sit in the village and grind, trading in as needed? You would never remove DNA Sampling (3:1 conversion) BH investigation xp (1:1 conversion), Political xp (3:1 conversion) or Merchant xp (4:1 conversion) or Wilderness Survival (5:1 conversion). Those are the only ones comparable to the 3:1 ratio slicing USED to have. How is that balanced?
The best i can hope for here is to use my respec to move those 3 boxes to a different tree that takes combat xp, etc. There is no viable alternative. What, after i grind out a tree of scout (that i have to drop USEFUL skillboxes for) am i supposed to make 45 runs to the village to dump it for a measly 10k, or am i supposed to try and solo Rancors? Then am i supposed to pray that double xp lasts long enough for me to re-do my template?
You guys should have pushed the revamp back until you had considered all of the effects the changes were going to have before going live with them. If "Plan A" was un-workable, you should have started from scratch, not pull this system out of the discard pile (where it was put for a reason) and ram it down our throats at the last minute.
Looks good, its every thing I wanted to know about Smuggling when I started.
The only thing I saw that may be wrong is this:
"In order to purchase faction your GCW status must be Specal Forces (PvP enabled) "
I will have to look tonight when I get home but I know when I got a bugged quest I dropped rebel and was going to rejoin to reset the quest. I purchased 250 FP to rejoin. If you mean that once you have joined a faction you can now only buy FP if you are SF then mybe add that.

Since they removed the Slicing XP requirements from the Smuggler profession, you had to know they were going to take Slicing XP out of the game sooner or later. It made no sense whatsoever to leave it in.
Do what the rest of us are doing with all these new changes. Adapt.
Actually, you can still get slicing XP from slicing terminals.
It's mostly useless... mostly... seems you can still trade it in for FS XP, at a decent conversion rate too.
Considering the timer on slicing terminals....( there is still a timer, right? I haven't done it for a very long time) it would be a very slow grind just for FS XP.

Slow? Yes. Impossible? No.
Besides, with the lairs now dying in like 2-3 hits, you can use the two minute timer to drive out and make some cash. ![]()
But seriously, if you're running missions anyways, you might as well slice the terminal and grab the free XP while you're there. It doesn't take any tools, and always succeeds, so why not? ![]()

What this means is I can /del 100000 and it will delegate 100k faction. I don't have to /del 200 five hundred times.
