Im sorry but FD just has no place in a game like this at all, and yes smugglers have had a lack of attention but so have CHs, SLs, entertainers, commandos(the ones who dont just go the grenade jedi route), rangers, carbineers, you name it. FD is a skill that doesnt make much sense and is very limited in its use- if it is removed it will give smugglers another reason to demand a new, possibly more smuggler-ish skill, rather than this irrational invincible button. If you were fighting an intelligent adversary they would doubtless make sure you were dead, instead of just leave your prostate form there to pretend. If you were fighting, say, a mob, things wouldnt be much better. Many animals, after killing you, would proceed to devour you. While perhaps smugglers have the fortitude to remain in a pretense of death while being consumed, it wouldnt change the fact that they are still dead. This is about as legitimate a use as any for FD in a game like this.

You still can't deny that FD really doesn't make much sense to have in game at all. Something that makes you completely un-killable is a) game breaking and b) unrealistic.
