You willeither be dead or FD when you try this againstmorethen 2 mobs solo. Hopefully you will be able to kill the Number 1 within 40 seconds, otherwhise Mob 2 will jump you aswell.. and guess what? You will have both on you because you cant smack Daze onNumber 1again for a certain amount of time. Commando doesnt helps you when you cant re-use Dazeon the same mobs, because of the timer.

I'll tell you why I dig it.
With the Concussion Shot we have now (the root) when I run across more than one MOB with a gun- I get my ass handed to me. Especially if they are like level 54 or more.
I don't know if you have noticed but there are A LOT of ranged enemies out there now.
With this new move- I can take them out one at a time (shooting each person and dealing with them at my lesiure) without worrying about takin' damage from 3 or 4 targets while I run around and try to stay out of their range.

Okay, what happens when someone with only Master Smuggler(No other skills besides prerequisits) takes on a Master Smuggler who's also master of another elite profession and a couple branches in a third? More often than not, they get thier ass handed to them. Commando isn't the only solution, its a solution.
That does not mean Pure Master Smuggler is useless, that simply means they aren't as versitile. Don't want to pick up Commando? That's your choice. But don't whine when you are unable to use Concussion on multiple people at once with a single attack. Its not that you can't, its that you're not willing to do what is neccesary to get that ability.
Besides, getting any skills in Commando doesn't make you a Commando, likewise, getting any skills in Smuggler doesn't make you a Smuggler. Attitude is. I have a couple branches in Commando, but I call myself a Smuggler, because I'm adding Commando skills into my template to enhance myself as a Smuggler. Not to make my Smuggler skills viable.

So whats your point? You gonna flame me because i dont agree on having a timer on the Daze Effects? I dont care if you are Commando, BH or whatever. I have Commando in my Template aswell, especialy to apply the Daze to a Group of Mobs. But that doesnt dimisses the Point. You will be unable to apply it until the timer is off. Until then, its happy Smuggler whacking.

This is not gonna work, because of the timer thats on the target for the daze re-use

Its about balance, and its for the same reason why you can't successfully use a knockdown on one target several times in quick sucession.

For PvP i can understand the timer on daze, but not in PvE.

It doesn't have to be immediately. Also, this is for a group, you'll likely have people with snares, roots, skills that slow attack speeds, and other such abilities. Use them all to keep your opponents from getting you. Know what skills you have, what skills your teammates, and how to use them.
