ima smuggler on the bria server and i was wondering what you other smugglers charge to slice weapons and armor

I wont slice for less then 5k but there are others doing it for 2k and less when I see them I wont waste my time. I can make more credits faster doing other things. Depends on what your time is worth.

5k a slice seems to be the generaly accepted base price of most of the folks on the board, but bdtx really said anything else there is to say about the subject as well as i could lol.

I charge 4k per slice on Gorath.

I recently moved mine up to 3k per slice, unless it's under 20%, then I'll charge half. Been getting alot of whiners on Eclipse as of late, complaining about how a 25% speed slice is crap, or a 24% encumberance slice doesn't help them. Well, you know what? I could very easily charge twice that and have a loyal customer base. Besides, my guildmates don't have any problems with my slicing, and gladly pay more than my asking rate.

I charge 100 credits per % increase. It is the best.

Going to start charging 6k on all slices. People have been getting away with us increasing the usefullness of their armor and weapons for really very little cost to them in the long run. So that's what i'm going to charge.

I just raised my price from 3500 to 5K per slice to non-guild.

I'm on Bria.

I have had one fella state that I should charge 100/%, and that that was the going rate. I said my price was my price, here's your gun back.

Overall, I made alot of cash slicing stuff. No one else even blinked at the price change. It's absolutely worth it to get your weapons and armor sliced, and I consider 5K to be a decent price for the time I spent making tools and doing the slice. It's like a powerup that never goes away, or a better piece of armor. Case closed.
