I wish the listening audience could see this, it's total choas! Some guy named Ron Vader just bashed a woman calling herself Princes Lisa over the head with a stuffed chewbacca doll, her boyfriend Hank Solo angered by this is trying to shootVader with a toy blaster but with low batteries it sounds more like a dieing water buffalo then a blaster.3 guys in jedi robes are trying to tell a guy in an aluminum foilC3P-0 suit that "this is not your place in line" while making some silly hand gesture.A "little person" in a ewok outfit is biting the leg of a guy instorm trooper armorwho keeps saying Ewoks dont act like that in the movies. It's crazy folks, I myself almost lost an eye to some crazed fan in a tuxedo t-shirtswining a toy light saber at a kid who called him a geek. The police are here and have turned fire hoses on the people fighting over spots in line.....Dear god the horror....the horror, Ive not seen anything like this since theLA roits!

Um yeah, I've been perfectly fine with buying my tickets on this thing called the "Internet" (I think Al Gore invented it). I then show up at the theater a whole half an hour before showtime. Call me crazy, but it just works better for me.

Yes but there is something to be said for the fact that it could be reality

I'm guessing we're talking about the people waiting in line over here in Caliat Grauman's Chinese Theatre?

You can call their payphone, 323-462-9609...it's right where the line is.

Theed was a bustling commerce city...people hawked their wares, danced, laughed, dueled, and had a rollicking good time. Cantinas packed with Entertainers of every race, shape and size...along with scoundrels, Stormtroopers, and drunks. People grouped up and stuck together in the wilderness, and you ALWAYS took a Scout or a Ranger with you. We lived our own Star Wars saga. We created our own personas, our own histories, and it all blended into this wonderful, magical experience that I will always remember...

That magic is gone now, but I'd pay 50 bucks a month to have it back.

Ya know... there are two kinds of Star Wars fans out there: people who love Star Wars... and people who live Star Wars.

Yep same here, Lucas must be talking to the masses to try and get them to disburse.

No, it's probably a CSR reminding them of the "mass gathering policy"

Actually, 20th Century Fox didn't originally plan to have viewings of Episodes I and II, but then after these people sat in line and raised some $20,000 for some charity, they caved and played the movie there both times.

I'd imagine they'll do the same with this time around.
