Thread: What's the Best Thing You've Ever Seen Come From a Locked Container?

I've been wondering this for awhile. What IS the best thing you've ever seen come out of a locked container? For me it was an AUK, so fairly pathetic thus far.
Secondary question: I saw someone mention on these boards that they kept containers handy for a "switcheroo" if anything good did come in the container? Would you/have you ever cheated a customer out of something from a container? Personally, that's not something I would ever do, but it does seem to be something a "smuggler" would do. Thoughts?

A single crystal. I ALMOST lied to him and said that it had nothing. Meh, oh well, he gave me like 10k for not lieing.

A cool looking pair of shoes. It's actually the only thing I've ever used from a locked container.

I actually kept that CDEF, just for giggles. (I looted the container, so nobody got ripped off)

Force crystal for me too. And to answer the second question, yes I kept it and told him it was empty. Later sold the crystal for 500k.

Pretty much the same - a force crystal. It was my own looted one, so I didn't have to worry about not keeping it.
About nicking peoples stuff; I never have.I've seen somegood stuff in crates, but I'm a smuggler, not a thief.
I don't slice containers anymore; I tell them to find a Novice Smuggler who needs the xp now I'm Master.It got to the stage were I didn't even look at the contents anyway, as most of the time it's junk so I didn't waste my time looking at them.

the famous locked container chain of 2003. Nov 2003, I looted a locked container off of a random NPC outside of Restuss. I slice it open, and inside, another locked container. I slice it open again, and it has a locked container and CDEF rifle. I slice THAT one open and inside it are a locked container(!) and pair of cold weather boots. I slice the final one open and in it are a pair of long leather gloves and encoded disk. 4 containers in a row, it was rather funny.

I hear that one... I loved it when I was slicing containers and found another one inside. Other than that it was just junk skill tapes and loot kit stuff. The crystals I have looted were off of Nyax guys and Jantas, but not in the containers.
