Could someone direct me to a guide for selling faction post-CURB, if one exists?
I'm reading there is an entertainer buff that helps with this, and other things that are different....

Only thing you really need to know mate (and I promise I'm not pulling your chain, you're not a n00b) are the following:
1 - You must be Special Forces to use /delegateFaction x Where x is the amount to the targeted player to delegate to.
2 - The Entertainer buff is called an Inspiration Buff and it makes a 100k credits sale go from 1250fp to 1375 faction points. A nice little extra perk for you.
3 - You should be at least a rank of Colonel in your faction of choise - then the FP cost per Credit is 80c/fp your cost. It is good to mark up to about 100-125. Depends on your preference.
Cheers mate.

really not much different, but important thing to know since GCW changes & CU...
(1) You don't have to be Special Forces to *buy* faction, only to delegate - so you can be "safe" and buy your faction while combatant. then meat your customer by an officer, declare, /del, and immediately start the timer to go back to combatant
(2) Bases don't have treasuries anymore, so you can buy faction anywhere and its just the same... instead of always using one of "your" bases cause the maintenance money goes into the pot.
(3) Entertainer buffs (just the normal generic ones people use for XP) grant a 10% FP bonus* for you when you buy, and then your customer when they get the FP. So take the 2 minutes to listen to an entertainer. * NOTE: The buff is applied to the base amount bought, before CoA bonus.
Think that's all thats changed from the posted FAQ, unless it doesn't have the change in menu options yet. Haven't looked.
Someone should probably update it though.

Ok, so Special Forces = Overt.
Does the inspiration buff only work on the 100k credit sale? Or does it work on the 10k credit sale as well? Looks like with this buff, cost of faction drops down to about 72.7 credits per faction point. That's nice.
This is Imperial faction sales, correct? I know before the Rebels were getting some type of extra discount because of the now-defunct "Cries of Alderaan" story arc. I'll be doing Imperial faction sales.
Did they raise or lower the maximum cap of faction you can hold at Colonel?

Special Forces = PvP enabled. Not just NPC attacks. But any SF player of the opposite faction can unload on your face.
So be careful and bring protection.
ROFL.
That took a turn for the worse.

Aaah, no more treasuries at bases now. That's good to know.
Is the protocol still to have the player pay you up front, then buy the faction, and then delegate to them?
And the CoA bonus was only for rebels, so doesn't apply for me... heh.

Yep, and the mini-game still exists too. If you can get a player you've never met to say "yeah, it's ok, I trust you" before they tip you x amount of credits, you get to brag about it here
