It seems when I slice a mission terminal, the first page of available missions has the payout bonus. But when I go to the next page the payouts are back tonormal.
Is this how it is supposed to work? There are many times when the particular type of mission I am looking for is not on the first page and then I've wasted a clamp and 2 knives.

I've noticed that as well - bug reported it, as I don't recall seeing any terminal slicing change on the patch notes.
If this is an intended change, it seems they're intent on totally nerfing the Smuggler Profession - we slice terminals so we can get the extra cash on the missions we're looking for - not just on the first page.

so, we're only meant to be able to slice 1 screen at a time?
That blows - it can take dozens of refreshes to find the missions I'm after, and if I have to wait 2 minutes between refreshes, that's rediculous

Anyone read the message when you slice a terminal?
says the FIRST mission will be increased.

exactly why I reported it as a bug - I expect to have to reslice once I've got a mission I want, *not* after each page

You guys are obviously relatively new Smugglers...
This has been near the top of our "Pain in the Ass" list since...well...Launch.
This isn't something new that just cropped up recently. It's in the original code right off the CDs. Don't bother /bug-ging it. It's not a bug. It's how it's always worked, and apparently how it will continue to work until the revamp happens after JtL.

I may be a new smuggler - a few weeks - but why is it,that last week, on Dathomir I was refreshing through screens and screens of missions, and getting the credit bonus for each mission until I picked one?
I was also usually getting ~14k to 15k for Fambaa missions on Naboo, but now can't get past the 12k? And this only first happened on Tuesday.
must have been a bug in the previous publish then?

I hate to doubt you, but I do. I've been a smuggler/hunter for 5 months and never seen the higher payouts after the first screen. I believe thay YOU believe that's what happened. But I don't think it really happened. (Did that make any sense??)

When you slice a terminal, only the first page come with the bonus. If you hit refresh, it goes away and the terminal returns to its normal state.
It is like this since the start. Other way, it should be too easy to make tons of creds with low combat skills.

Mission payouts on Dantooine can be widely varied. Possibly your first "sliced" screen was a handful of 5000 credit missions sliced up to 7500 credits, and your next screen was a handful of "non-sliced" 7500 credit missions. But I must concur with the other dissenting voices in this thread, it's nothing new, and a definite PITA. It's annoying enough having to hit refresh 70 times to get the mission I want without the gamble of slicing at the right time.
