If im not wrong doesnt LowBlow and PanicShot do the samething now? They both read the same to me..

im still in shock since Last Ditch got hit with the über nerf sledge.. its more like /Suicide3 than last ditch now 
and can someone please explain to me how the fudge you root someone with a pistol

yes panic shot and lowblow apparently seem to accomplish the same mostly worthless effect. I say "mostly" because it can help a tiny bit in some odd situations. If you stack both panic and low blow there is a noticable delay on npc's, never tried it on pvp.

A KD would get smugglers closer to the 5 in crowd control they are supposed to have.

Coming from the master smuggler/tailor ( I know uber template!) please give us our KD back on Low Blow. Dangit if I shoot a guy in the groin he dang well better fall over in pain.

Yes, I miss the knock-down terribly. Low Blow was my favorite skill before the CU, now it's just... blah. And besides, it isn't really much of a "Low Blow" if the enemies don't fall down or anything.

since all it does is slows your target's attack speed by a miniscule amount, they should just rename it "Slow Blow"
i'msure they next brialliantchange will be tohave us get KD'd when we use it

low blow being a kd is really needed in my mind this would be the only viable "root" needed especially on ranged npcs that root is useless anyway. /shrug
its funny the succession of the way things change as soon as we get something that makes us effective it is whined about and removed....and so goes the nerf cycle
