well... i guess its officially time to convert my bria smuggler into a crafter...
no smuggler revamp in my playing lifetime
and the 3rd wookiee armor gets pushed back to 10.2
and the combat rebalance / armor nerf back to pub 11
oh well, maybe there's hope for my smuggler on test actually going somewhere
more dissapointment then shock or surprise really
still sucks a big fat one

I guess that means the dev's open bar tab from the smuggler just got closed again eh?

The way I see it...I might just unsuscribe because I really can't trust SOE's judgment.
You build the house before your build the porch.
Why on earth are they releasing an expansion when the base game is buggy as all get out? For crying out loud, I can't get off my mount without teleporting 100 meters away.
Not to mention the smuggler class is so empty and nearly useless outside of slicing...
If they release an expansion, they'll have 20 times more problems to deal with...not to mention instead of concentrating on correcting what needs to be corrected (the base game, smuggler class, or teleporting randomly, for examples)....they'll be concentrating on their new toy expansion.
Pretty soon they'll be like "Wow...look how perfect our expansion is" then look around....no players...because the login server has been down for 5 months and they didn't even notice.
Get your priorities straight...and this is coming from a game developer.
Have a solid and reinforced foundation before ever releasing an expansion! Otherwise, people get frustrated.

Dang, I love being a Smuggler, but this is almost getting to be too much. They get our hopes up and then trample them with another delay. I've either been working on or have been a smuggler since the game started. I swore I'd never drop Smuggler but now I'm really considering it simply because I"m tried of having my hopes trampled. Guess that with publish 10 I'll work on Jedi at least to the point of getting my second character slot to try other stuff. Then I can leave my smuggler as is, incase the revamp finally does happen one day, and play my second character however I wish.
