Cheers lads - I appreciate it.

To my british friends, hope they catch the sick bastards that did this, and I hope they get what they deserve.
Absolutely, best wishes to all of you. I hope that you and your loved ones are safe!

I would have actually been in Liverpoolstreet station around 9am today meeting up with a friend, but I was called into duty to patrol stanstead at 4am so I phoned her an cancelled around 8am ... so I guess you could say we were both fortunate as we'd probably have been cought up in it otherwise.
The website of the people that claims to have been behind these attacks had a little speach which included the line:
"Britain is now burning with fear, terror and panic in its northern, southern, eastern, and western quarters"
But you know what trully amases me about us British is that this kind of thing doesn't "terrorise" us, it inflames us, angers us and makes us even more determined to stomp whoever did it. So if they truly believe this has Britain "burning with fear, terror and panic" they are completly mistaken. I saw nothing today but cool controlled anger and profressionalism. No panic, no terror, no fear. The country and, I suspect, the rest of the western world is just that much more determined to find people like Bin Laden and erase him from the planet.
Respect and prayers from my family and friends go out to everyone over there.
