the only problem with the new change is the removal of the cap of 500 FP above which you could not buy any..

Well...I'll just have to live with it I guess...

And really...why would I wan't to join the rebels when they already outnumber imps severely....I'm in this game for a challenge not a 20 person tef/gankfest

At first I though it was a good thing, not having a cap and being able to buy 1250 FP a time....but....As I'm Zab I'm screwed on perks now (my partner can do it 18% cheaper solo)

A humam m smuggler now can get an imperial Detachment HQ for 2.5m costprice....and getting it will take hime appr.4 minutes

talk about a HUGE change for the faction smugglers out there

Anyhow....I'm out of an income (except for regular faction point sales)

Sly

Ps: has anybody lowered their price due to this change?

Thats what happens when alien filth try to toady up to the empire!

/roleplaymode off

You wouldn't have that issue if you joined the ranks of the rebellion.

gah all the spoilt kids are on the rebellion....

but imo this is once again a chance made by the devs...without thinking of the consequences...

if they would just let the cap in place it would be super....but removing the cap just screws all but humans

Somehow the Empire manages to recruit the best, at least the ones who do it every night, pvpers. I know thats how it is on kettemoor. There have been two imperial guilds go rebel just for the chance at getting some pvp action and there still isnt enough rebels to pvp against... the only ones are the imp guilds that went rebel to pvp against.

Well there are some rebels but they are jedi and hide in a cantina so they dont die.

not flaming, just a question. I fail to see how this ruins your business. The cost of FP did not change, just the amount you can buy it in and the fact that the artificial cap is gone. perhaps i'm missing something, i dunno. what I do know is thst I turned 1.8mil profit tonight in FP sales

He mentionned the problem is not with FPs selling but that it kill his perk selling business. I think the point is, his human Imperial Master Smuggler partner no longer need him at all.

Because his human friend can buy perks for way cheaper than he, as a Zabrak Imperial, can. And now without the cap, he don't need another MS as partner to do it.

If I got the situation wrong, I'm sorry, but it is what I understood.

Well, those limitations on aliens in the Empire isn't exactly new so we all knew what we were getting into by joining the Empire (I'm a Imperial Colonel Trandosian) and I'm pretty certain that the Devs aren't going to change the discrimination factor anytime soon.

What they could do though is make the factional armour alien-specific. So only aliens could purchase the alien armour (which would be absolutely identical to the normal factional armour (but coded for non-humans only to wear) Regular humans couldn't buy it because the Empire wouldn't want their fine humans touching that dirty alien armour.

Not much to survive on - but maybe if there were other "alien" items that may give aliens a reason to join.

Just random "off the top of my head" thoughts today

Cheers
Dat
