That thread is from the Correspondent's forum, to which we all just had about 15-minutes' worth of access, and where SanTsu raised the issue of the community being up in arms about Imperial immunity to contraband scans. Or not. Basically, he wrote a few lines saying the Smuggler community was concerned, and by the second post was saying it was no big deal, he didn't know why we were upset, and it wasn't an issue to him. In fact, another Correspondent - not the Smuggler Correspondent - arrived and put up 100 times as much of a fight as SanTsu.

I poked around briefly on there while we had access and couldn't even find a post by him. But what you wrote is...unfortunate.

The fact that you couldn't find any posts by him is an indictment in itself. I had to go through 6 pages to find two posts, and that is NOT a fast-moving forum.

Ok just how far are you gonna try to darg someone threw the mud? Quit attacking him, it does nothing but make me lose any respect I may of had for you especially since he has dropped out of the postition. What are you doing? Looking to complain more and more and throw more and more blame on certain people til no one wants to come to this forum cause all it is one giant depressing and negative board?

Yeah, I've got 2 whole pages of san responses on the Imperial crackdown, and I'm sorry, but it really looked like my fears were correct. Our arguements were never wholely and fairly represented, and, unless TH knew more than what San told him, and what we PM'ed him, unless he really read all the arguements, I really don't think the devs had a clear picture of our concerns. It seemed to me they were under the impression that we were worried about THIS period between now and the revamp, when really we were more concerned about what's going to happen AFTER the revamp.

To give him some credit there is alot more in there than that one post.

I read back far, far beyond the crackdown, Looks to me like San had the fight took out of him by constant unwavering "we know smugglers need help" untill it became "Smugglers are going to be re deved" no answers, no help, no support of anykind from the red. Just a bunch of "wait and see"

The Coro.Dev forum he went toe to toe with TH on the 5 questions. and he damn sure went toe to toe with sir vimes over the spice vs. food bit. I don't hink even the uber post of EN or Solo would of gotten more than a wave from what i saw. There was no desire for communication on the matter from above.

Did he FIGHT? no. he did not, but he did mention it in 3 seperate post that folks in the forum were hot about it.

Yeah, he said we were upset. And then said, "I don't really see what all the cryin's about." He said we were angry for him not supporting our "fantasy."
