How about this, I've submitted multiple reports on this, had it acknowledged as something that needs to be fixed by Taurin, who isthe exploit dev(IE EXPLOIT) and csr's are hardly reliable sources for alot of things.
They make alot of mistakes to put it bluntly.

Thank you for responding. Now please point me to this acknowledgment from Taurin. I cannot find any SOE response to this.

If it makes you feel better, I'm once again asking for an official statement.
Don't even start trying to justify this though, it IS an exploit.

Not a problem, I understand. Until I see a response from SOE saying this is an exploit, your saying you think it is, doesn't make it so. I am not trying to belittle your contribution to the game in any way, or mean any offense to your knowledge of the game. But if it is in fact, an exploit as determined by the game makers, it would not take that much effort on their part to make some sort of statement.
As of this time, the only official statement I have from the company that makes the game, is that my Powerup Sliced Rifles, are in fact, legal.

You have to really work to do powerup slicing.
It's illegal enough thatI've had a few people suspended for it. Is that coming across a little clearer now?
No offense intended, but it sounds like you are trying to justify the moral equivelant of taking the money out of a wallet that you know belongs to someone else and not calling it stealing.

I'm just trying to find out if the rifles I had sliced are legal or not. I have players saying they are not. I have SOE representative saying they are. I'm sorry, but you are on the player side of the equation, not SOE. If you in fact have as much pull with the company as you have now indicated you do. A small request to get an official statement should be childs play compared to getting people suspened.
We can get as nasty with each other here as you desire to. I have no axe to grind, simply looking for an official answer, not some players opinion about what they heard from someone.

I have been told by CSRs that it is illegal.
I have seen messages (from CSRs) that have stated that they will investigate anyone accused of using a powerup exploit.
We have all been told that using faulty game mechanics to 'manipulate' results is an exploit. To do the powerup/slice you must alter from the 'normal game mechanics'.

I had a CSR today tell me my rifles were fine, AFTER I told them they were Powerup sliced.

You can not be blamed for using the weapons.
But they people who actually do the exploit are subject to being punished.
They rarely ever confirm exploits. They label them as 'fixes' when the patch notes appear.
Yes I've asked about it again but I am not holding my breath and neither should you.

I probably will. Had a ton of these recently so I'm really pushing for a statement. Have a nice day.
