I have placed in excess of 300 RE'd parts on my vendor over the last month or so, and I have a grand total of ZERO disk fragments so far. Don't worry yourself too much about it though, the market is pretty saturated with them already, and people realized quite a while ago that they were not actually that great, so the market for them has dropped through the floor and will continue to do so. On one server I play on they have gone from an average of over 5million credits to going for right around 1million now, and as more people get them and see how "not so great" they are the market will drop even more and they will eventually settle in at only a little more than the master level ships, just because they are harder to come by.

Guess I can call myself lucky as I have had a total of 3 schematics since JTL launch (6/5/4 uses I hope that is coincidence), but the amount of parts I reverse engineer is insane.

I pumped about 200-500parts through my tools every week and had to swap quite a few of the disks I had - in order to completethe schematics.

Currently I set my hard cap for firesprays at 3mil credits.

Only very long time friends/guildees get them for less then that.

As a side note: I quit making normal chassis because it escapes me whypeeps happilypay a couple millions for a weapon in the ground game, yet they refuse to pay more then half a million for an item that uses about 100x the amount in resources as even the most resource eating weapon that can even be mass produced.

I can't beat your 3 out of 30, but I think what I did get was pretty cool. I had re'ed a couple hundred or so times with nothing to show for it, then one day I log on some guild mates had dropped some lvl 1 and 2 stuff on my vendor. I pull it off and get to work and what do you know, first RE drops a firespray. I get in guild chat and told everyone and they all congratulate me and I was really excited. I get back to RE'in and the very next one drops a disk as well. It was amazing. Couldn't believe it. Of course, I didn't get another one for about 3 or 4 days, those first two were really cool,

I haven't gotten a piece in over a month. I've tried everything I can think of (and was tempted to really try the melon/leotard/dancer/cantina method posted here ), and over the weekend I loaded two houses and my backpack with over 500 pieces of assorted loot, made some crates of CAT's and went buck-wild RE'ing things.

Zip. Zero. Nada.

I'm to the point where I'm excited to see the credit chip in my inventory because it *looks* like a KSE piece.

3 Discs, wow.

I have been a SW for a LONG time, have RE'd thousands of items filtered thru by my guild, as the guild SW, proly around 10 to 12 thousand parts, and have not completed one set of discs for a schematic. I'm done. SW out. Dropping SW and haven't flown in some time.

Quetion about the pieces. When you hit analize what happens? Does the schematic appear, or do you still get the stat screen and then it will change, not too sure what to keep a look out for.

And I've REd about 200 things so far. I don't have much guild backing, but I do get odds and ends, but most of it is from my own loots.
