Harvesting is the only way to go. I'm sort of stuck right now, cause of the good copper though, can't pass that up.

Now that it's OK to support the removal of classes in your signature, I firmly support the removal of all the benny hill glowstick fanclub from the game; it was a lot more fun before they came.

Takes 1.92 million Steel.

I find that it works best to hang out around the sweets shop down the street from the cantina in Bestine and mug spice fiends. While they're down, I pull the fillings from their teeth. It's not high quality stuff, but it gets the job done.

I hear that, I started saving before, and thankfully bought a little before the prices went through the roof. Now I have about 3 heavy harvestors working on it to keep me stocked.

I bought 250k of it at 2.5 cpu. I also have 8 harvesters down on 80-85% spot along with another 4 harvesters from a friend. Now I'm just waiting for it to pull up enough to finish my grind. I'm currently at 4200 SW but steel is the only thing I seriously need more of. Hopefully I'll have enough by this next weekend to finish off SW.

you get steel from the ground. plant some harvestors select a resource and put in power andcredits and turn the thing on then wait 4-5 days and you will have a lot of steel. check the spawn on the planet your harvestors are on each day for a shift in resources.

its not hard and doesnt cost all that much.

From guildies and from harvesting myself.

One thing I am going to start running out of pretty quickly will be Low-Grade Ore, Inert Petrochemicals and Aluminum...

Everyone is so hung up on steel, with good reason, that they are neglecting some of the other resources. Personally, when things start settling down (meaning I have Mastered Shipwright), I will be in both the Starship Resources and Starship crafting business...

The only issue will be, where do I put my shop up?
