That's crazy. Even a Tier 0 (cert level 1) reactor should produce 11k power if it was made by a Master Shipwright. Of course, we can't keep our vendors stocked. You might want to send a tell to a Master Shipwright next time. Even if it takes them 15 minutes to get you your order, you still saved 30.

I carry most stuff around with me and i can get 11k easy....voila........1 min if ur near me

I've said this in the JTL discussion forum. Just need to take a little time to fine-tune and perfect.
Remember when composite armor first came out? There was nothing better than 50% resist on any server for several weeks. After the armorsmiths had a little time, a month or so, to do the arithmetic with the numbers, a little tweaking here and there, the resists went way up.
Same can be said with weaponsmiths. You mentioned the T21. When it first came out, it was nice, but now it's just gotten crazy with the damage some weaponsmiths can put out.
Shipwright is both of those professions combined for ships. It's alot of profession for one person to truly master. I sincerely feel that, given time, components will balance, PvP will balance, and it will truly become enjoyable for shipwrights and pilots both.

I'll always take care of a single component order (as opposed to the usual "I need all of Tier 2" type orders) at the top of my list, as long as the player is waiting. According to my sales tracking sheet, I've sold over 120 chassis and nearly 1700 components in the last week, so I'm no stranger to being busy.
