Are you sure those ar textured? They look like the default colors to me...

And here I thought the Black Sun ships looked cool with the texture kits (before they were broken). They dont look nearly as good as those X-Wing textures...

And here I thought the Black Sun ships looked cool with the texture kits (before they were broken). They dont look nearly as good as those X-Wing textures...
They are the default colors, Im talking about the various textures that Ive applied. Granted, they are broken currently (dont apply to the wings), but I remember what they looked like back in Beta.

That would be good. After all the hassle of doing those hard Storm Squadron missions, I would like to display some special insignia to show it.

Actually the Empire is a military unit. Most every military out there frowns on the personalization of Military issued gear, much less war-machines. Fascist or not it's about uniformity and orginization, somehting those rebal terrorists will never know....

Heheh. Like I said before, that's what you get for joining the Fascist Imperial Military. The Empire = Conformity.
That being said, it would be pretty cool if the Imperial ships offered something along the lines of Unit Insignia that could be put on the TIEs. Nothing quite so radical or as large as the Rebellion or Neutral ships paint schemes, but still something neat to personalize the ships with.

where do you live???
i know a lot of tank squads and other troops that regually paint things on to thier veichles
sure its not to the extent of what the rebels can do in SWG but even a unit logo or squad insigna is something maybe if the devs would let us upload images like in Planetside we could have a guild logo on our ships
