I was replying on the CSR issue personally.

engine overload 4 works, but weapons overload 4 disable one of my guns, and the other one takes my whole capacitor (1290ish 45 rate) in 3 shots.

CSR's are not supposed to be closing tickets. This from the CSR manager himself.
