Seems to vary quite a bit. I was going like 8cpu when the prof first came into game but didnt matter ppl still paid way to much for pure crap back then from starport camping shipwrights. Id just suggest selling it at what ya feel is reasonable anymore. If it cost you 3 cpu to harvest the stuff then add a few more on for the crafting and all. Cant really go by what anyone else says anymore heck they say sell stuff at 3 cpu from your shipwright but be damned if theyre gonna sell ya stim d's and food at those prices
Make it reasonable ya might sell some and retain customers best suggestion i can give ya

My chassis blueprints are as such
Tier 1 19995
Tier 2 39995
Tier 3 59995
Tier 4 79995
Tier 5 99995 (Master lvl Starfighters)
POB Ships starting at 119995
If pilots need higher mass, they can have one custome built at a higher price but its not worth my time to sell the highest possibie mass ships, not when you move lots of stock and consume resources quickly.
I wont waste my time cranking out the highest mass ships to sell on a public vendor, especially when people are just passing thru on their way to the next pilot tier.
If a pilot wants a customized chassis then I do charge more but the chassis on the vendor are made with basic quality resources that I wont pay more than 1.5 CPU for (and why bother to get such a tiny % change in overall mass?)
I should add that Chassis are not the core of my SW business.....
I focus on Sheilds and Armor (defensive systems basically)..chassis are a sideline but they do sell (though I do not maintain a high stock level of them at all, maybe 1-2 of each type, and I dont restock them often). I also focus on ordanance and ship consumables (paint & texture kits, and missiles
hell paint and texture kits are my bread and butter :-) people spend more time customizing the damn ships than they do flying them, and has made it worth while for me to make factory runs of every type of texture kit available!!!
