Um, any metal spawn to my knowledge and to a CSR's that is found on a planet has a 99% concentration somewhere on the planet.

Never seen a 99% of anything EVER when i just started (about a year ago) I found a 97% spot just out side coro for something. But never seen any thing higher.
About this steel it was on farstar for THREE whole weeks and it had a CD of 1000 yes thats right 1000 and a oq of 606. I have about 5 million of it

Yeah if you never see one then you are usually skeptical, I was until I found one. Then I found another, and another . So far to date I have seen 4 99% concentrations, 2 chemical 2 metal, I can't remember what metals or which chemicals though sorry.
