I also come from a relatively small guild, but I told them all up front that their ships and components would be free of charge. They have been tremendous in helping me aquire the resources I needed to get going, and continue to bring in all of their parts for me to RE. Most have said their thanks and moved on, but some have tipped me generously for the services I have provided them in the last month or so.
