Well, for those of you who come here everyday, this subject is tired and I think many of us wish it would go away. However, for the shipwright who has spent the last several weeks or months not really coming to the boards, but crafting like a mad person, this issue is hot enough to motivate them to come to the boards and post. So, I encourage you all to try your best to be kind to them, because we will probably continue to see this type of thing as long as there are shipwrights.

SO TRUE....

My apologies for the momentary lapse of patience there Huesos. I love you man!

Factories to make shipwright items is not something I would like to see. I enjoy doing all the experimental and tinkering with what I make. Besides as far as resources are concerned I just buy them for the most part while waiting for my 2 harvestors to cap out. I mean really in about 3-4 hours I easily make over a million credits just doing duty missions. Let others do the harvesting and surveying all day.

Thebeauty of being a shipwright is not

Grind as fast as you can.

harvest lots of materials

put down 10 factories

run of schem after schem and sell the final product.

Sell product of vendor.

Restock when they runout

but itis

Grind as fast as you can

havest lots and lots of materials.

put down a couple of factories.

Run of sub comp.

have a great chat with a player who wants advice on a loadout.

Take the sub parts, customise for speed or y/p/r or whatever part they need

loadout ship for player and now that he is flying a ship you designed for just him

Player spreads the word and you are busy with new customers. all face to face.

SW= full time profession. and not just sitting and making parts.

well thats me anyway.

long live no factory support.

Why not allow shipwright to factory make total items? Its bad enough to have a high volume of sales , and then to top it off with newly looted ships (to buy lots of parts for)and more slots for player ships, to have from 30 to 50 items sold by one buyer. Let alone now with Elite parts prior to update to have time to space mine? Customers always come tous saying "a Friendtold me about your shop fully loaded, to why I can't find a heavy z-95, or a large cargo hold" or "why don't you have any grievous ships/Jedi ship available to sell" The point being to sell 100-500+ items(crap loadmore if vendor search on)on a daily basis (for when in my server not many fully stocked 2000+ item shipwright vendor to support the whole galaxy of buyers without the ability to not schem up the final products. Only allowing just upgrade parts, paint kits, repair kits,missiles/countermeasures to be factoried. Like I said one sitting 30-50 per customer purchases, and have to hand grind everyone of to keep in stock! Heck then could be off doing other things, have fun, or space mine to stock newly items from ROTW, and new patch for elite parts. Some customers get nasty that we haven't had time for it, or that were a shipwright shop and should have them and a sin not too.. not knowing a hassle to have them get what they need for us to make it, or to hire someone to get it or buy space resources and charge bucko bucks for the parts that take space resources. You know how long it takes to mine that? Let alone should level pilot to fend off foes or decent level to fly a good space mining ship?We have no time to work on pilot let alone space mine. Or to find helping hands to whom to trust with a 1mil-5 mil shop.. really burns us(partner and I) out for ever since JTL being a shipwright to never ending grind parts out. No wonder loads of shipwright shops went belly up or only to sell out to make fast cash, or just get tired of the constant ever ending grind.

Let alone to have upgrade parts factoried in crates that you have to carry in inventory with variety of resources q's needed and with crafting stations hoppers not working to show crated upgrades to utilize in crafting tool hopper tabwhile crafting. Do a pick up crate and/or drop crate back in then it shows up with filter to add in the shipwright upgrade in schematic from crafting station hopper. Slowing down the process of crafting more on timers, and that as well. If say you don't want us to factory everything then as Masters of Shipwright then lower timers while crafting for the huge demand.

Also why the huge frustration of having to survey for hours for just say 40% efficiency or less most of

the time for huge chewers of resources like Ore, Steel?? In most case could chew up to a million of units in a day! Let alone only lasting 3 to 5 days of spawn to not even fill up the harvesters capacity? As if 30 harvesters isn't enough let alone needed other kind of resources that shipwright demands to keep in stock of merchant goods!?!?

True may not schem up ships but engine, capacitor, reactors such the like of fast moving parts should be. Let alone Vendor limits you to keep a fast moving shop to craft it back fast enough even with two MSW's

Let alone w/merchant on top of it, having to re-stock unsuccessfuls one by one, no matter how fast things fly(sell) off the shelf ,200-400 drops regardless a week or every couple days, and details bugs

That which is highlighted in red is what interests me the most. If you aren't having fun crafting out the parts or feel annoyed by your customers or feel that you shouldn't be obligated in anyway to be a shipwright it might be time to close down shop and find another profession. But if you're just trying to say it takes up alot of your time I will agree with that.

However I think that there are too many variables in Spacepart crafting that it does not do us justice to spam out 50 guns or 50 engines or even more than that. Many customers want it their way to support their flying style. Granted alot of the times they have to settle for the SW's flying style for the SW usually puts parts on his vendor based on how he/she flies.

So I think in General Factory support for other than the subcomponents is bad. My two cents thats all.
