im one of those persons who actually like seeing people in the cities. as for lag people cause? nope, others dont cause me lag but npcs sometimes can and have at times or so i think. anyway why is it that shipwright trainers are on the map when no other elite profession is? thats not right, how about we fix that. let us all be on the map or let none of us be. anyway i think patience is key.is it really that big of a problem not being able to train at your city, especially when you are "certain" of the location of the nearest trainer?

Mayors get screwed with every new feature. I hang onto Master for the sake of my city now (since no one else wants to do it), but the lost SP really suck.

We need to be able to place the Shipwright trainer in our cities. At least give player cities a fighting chance to not be ghost towns.

The shipwright trainer is maybe the only thing that could have been added to player cities with JtL. The devs told it was not a bug, but provided no explanation fortheir decision not to have the ability to place them.

Unless there is a very good reason, the shipwright trainer must be added to the list of trainers a mayor can place in his city.

MUST? If there's ANYTHING they must add to player cities is the ability for a mayor to drop starship handling facilities. trainers are of limited overall use - i mean, once you're trained.. thats it -- but being unable to get to a player city in your own ship is down right annoying!

Player terminals wont happen unless they manged to fix it , at fan fest i beleive where I heard it , they said Star ship terminals could not be placed in PLayer cities because the server sees them as Temporary structures . The database handling the Starships from npc are designed that way.

Yes, the starship terminals in player cities are not possible for technical reasons. Whereas for the shipwright trainer, the code is here since we can place all the other trainers (except pilots of course), all they would have to do is add the shipwright to the list of enabled trainers. The ratio development time/player satisfaction is rather good for such a fix, and I don't think it would harm the overall organization of the game ; Icant see any reason why it would not be done.

and how do you level? start macro click, click, click? its not like youhave to travel out in the wilderness and all of a sudden you received, max experience limit reached, and then have to hunt down a trainer or player that can train you. i think right now shipwrights have advantage of ALWAYS being able to find a trainer. always, just travel to the nearest starport and bang there you go, a trainer. so what you cant grind inside your house then step outside totrain but nor can a tka. you can endure it.

For cities that are focused towards artisans especially, this is a really bad omission.
