Thread: What Land Based Resource, Do Shipwrights Use The Most ?
To put a fine point on it--we need tons of ANY QUALITY steel for chasis. And for the most part, we're grinding on them and selling thechasis forbetween 1-2cpu. So before you get the dollar signs in your eyes, I would keep it reasonably priced. Preferably under 3cpu and closer to 2. For other components we need the stats listed above. The good news is that we can make a decent profit on things like missile packs (>5 cpu), but the downside is that we don't need nearly as much of it. I only sell them to supplement my revenues somewhat.
I don't know about other SWs, but I have my own mining resources and can handle digging up the good stuff. What I'm desparately needing is more of the cheap crap to speed the grinding along.

Me too brother, me too. ![]()
But, yeah, large quantities of steel help too.
Bought 5 million units of steel today...probably going to burn through it once the server comes back up.
Making some chasiss', mostly the POBs and Oppressors and B-Wings and such. Probably have to buy more later lol.
I can get enough of my own, but it certainly is easier to buy it when you can, I think, though some say not too.
I paid 12.5 million for this steel. It is mediocre, but not bad. I have the other resources, so no biggy there. Since all of the ore, fiberplast, iron, copper, inert petrochemical and aluminum is from my own harvesting, I will almost triple my money from this in the long run.
With 5 million units of steel, I can make 71 POB ships and the like, and selling them at the minimum of just 500k each, that is 35.5 million right there.
did someone mention steel?
How much? I need a ton of it.
lol sry couldn't help myself.
