Hello Folks,
Today's publish included changes to Shipwrights and we would like to gather your constructive feedback on these changes.
Profession: Shipwright
- Increased possible max armor stats for Mark IV and V Durasteel Plating
- Ship Components don't display yaw, pitch, or roll acceleration values, since these are determined by the chassis, not the engine
- Existing equipment factories that would not take shipwright schematics should now accept them
- Moved missile and countermeasure launchers to separate categories in the crafting tool
UI
- Fixed planet sizes on the galaxy maps for ground and space.
- Fixed broken icons
- Fixed a bug that caused ship vendors to not display on the planetary map.
- The Toolbar is always visible.

You forgot to mention the RE change of Chassis Builders buying looy. This directly affects shipwrights. The price they are paying is too high. You are going to cause the price of reengineered items to skyrocket.
Just take a level 5 component. You need 5 of them. The Chassis Builder will pay 25000 credits for those 5. To craft a level 5 item it takes 500 units. This comes out to 5cpu even if you can get the crafted item close to the REd item. Bad Bad Bad.

I just crafted an engine, and I still see the yaw, pitch and roll values.

1) Armor decay is too high
2) Engine top speed is nice but still not comparable to looted engines with regards to mass and energy consumption.

Yaw, pitch and roll are still there, but the YPR Acceleration values no longer appear.

Hi Tiggs.
The capacitor energy outputs are still WAY TO LOW. I still can't compete with even a lvl 2 loot item, and I'm a 4333 shipwright.

TIER III QUEST - Give to ALL PLAYERS an engine as REWARD.
That Engine is 92.2 speed, roll and other settings are THE TOP. That Engine roxx.
How we shipwright can compete with an engine that all players have from the quest ?
We cant ! Our engine cant compete in speed/rool/yaw etc with the engine reward quest.
No engine sold on vendor and dont need to craft 1 for my self, i use the quest reward engine and is a lot better.
I tryed today to craft and still suxx.
Btw not only engine, there are too much loot that are better than craftable item, and the bad is every 2 ship u loot something.

New Mass for the Privateer Ships
I just crafted some new chassis
Old/New Mass (just the average score)
Tier1 Dunelizard: 70,000 / 85,000
Tier2 Kihraxz: 30,000 / 40,000
Tier2 Kimogila: 90,000 / 110,000
Tier3 Ixiyen: 70,000 / 95,000
Tier4 Rihkxyrk: 130,000 / 190,000
TIE Oppressor: 150,000 / 170,000
Well Capacitators need some tweaking so Shipwrights can compete with average loot...

I love the option to cash in space loot for 1k per teir to npc's. Very nice and very appreciated. =) And the new mass stats are lovely for privateer. Nice job!

I was actually looking forward to maybe making engines that someone would want over a looted engine. However, the increase to the engine top speed is minimal, it needs to be also applied to the MINIMUM engine speed, and have an increased spread of effectiveness. They really need to increase the YPR maximum experimentation as well, I wouldn't want an engine with less than 55-60 in these values for my own personal ship, and I won't sell something as bad as we make to anyone else either, we need a massive boost in the effectiveness in the experimentation effect in that area as well.
Still waiting for capacitors to get a boost as well, right now all we can make are heavy pieces of junk, the energy cap is no where near as high as looted components, and the recharge rate is justa sadsad joke.
