A quick clarification for anyone interested in space mining:
You'll notice that the craftable mining tools require asteroid
resources to make. "How can that be?", I hear you yell! "If
I don't have a mining laser, how can I mine asteroids to get these resources?"
Fear not! If you go to level 1 of the Great Tree in the Wookiee city of Kachirho, you
can talk to Flash Harrison, who will start you on a introductory space
mining quest series. As you progress through that quest, you'll
get the basic tools you need to begin space mining. Once you have
these, you can mine the resources to make new lasers, and the cycle of
crafting begins anew.
Hope that helps!

We're already WAY ahead of you on this Darth, but I have to say that's it's nice to see a dev come to our resuce in the end
Oh yeah - nice work on designing the overall look of the wookie homeworld. I've investigated around a bit and so far like it alot

You just took the fun of 'splorin' out of that one.
Ah well, I am holding on RotW anyway, just felt others may like to explore around a bit without the info. I know I would.

DP - can you get the NDA lifted or give specific clearance for the mining guide to be published?

When you land you'll have a radial option to "unload cargo" using your ship's icon in the datapad.

See how much easier this would be if I could post the guide - please Mr Wallace - if you want I can PM the guide to you and you can post it, or you can PM me specific permission.
But as long as the NDA is still in force I can't break my word. I hold too many secrets for you guys and can't have you not trust me to keep secrets.
Oh, and thanks for being around, it's great to have you here and posting

I think someone said in a previous post of another thread that once you've unloaded the resources you won't be able to sell them to the station. But hey - contact your local shipwright - maybe they'll take it off your hands (I know I probably would if you were on Chilastra
)

Once we unload can we still sell it at the stations?
WAH!! Curse you!! j/k
Your friendly local shipwrights may be interested in that stuff... then again, they'll probably just want to mine it themselves.
