I like being a Ranger in Training, but camping is boring. So, while I sleep and at work, I do the following to help supplement the Survival XP:

Make 10 camps and drag them to the hotbarstarting with the SECOND slot. Create the following macro and drag it to the FIRST slot.

/ui action toolSlot01;/pause 360;/ ui action toolSlot02;/pause 360;/ui action toolSlot03;/pause 360...

Continue these commandsuntil you have accounted for all 10 camps (toolSlot11). Start the macro and hit the sack or head off to the salt mines. This works great for Improved Camps. I've just started doing it with High Quality camps, but I'm not sure if a one hour pause is long enough to "poof" the camp. Anyway, it works and helps quite a bit if you are lagging in Survival. I'm not a huge macro fan, but camping is a yawner and instead ofmacro-surveying, I macro-camp. Hope this helps. Cheers

I can't seem to get this to work for me. I've set it up on my hotbank 5 using 1 though 12. Do i need to put this in the very first Hotbutton bank?(I've got all my attack stuff in those first 12) Does it start an immediat camp? or does it wait until after the first pause? Is it case sensitve? I'm useing /ui action toolSlot 02;/pause 360..ect.

sorry for the dumb questions but I'm not familure with Macros. Thanks for the help.

Try it in Hotbank 1. Sometimes programmers number the spots in the hotbars 1-12 on hotbar 1, 13-24 on hotbar 2 and so on and so forth.

Give it a try and see if that works.

toolbarSlot00 (first slot on first row) through toolbarSlot23 (last slot on second row).

Fairly sure that 360 would only be about 6 minutes, as well. Those are seconds, not minutes. 3600 would be an hour, assuming that those are actual seconds. Some people have stated that they think those are half-seconds, but they generally seem close enough to seconds when I time things out for making a pause.

Man, that is weak. Anybody that gets master that way doesn't deserve it, i suppose you use blooms to get your trap exp too . . man makes me sick.

The game auto-shuts itself off after an hour or so to prevent exploits like this, fool.

whats the point? what are you going to do when youve exploited the game, and made it to master ranger?

start a new character? i just dont understand everyones rush to get to the master levels of any profession so quickly. once i get to master, im probably gonna stop playing or start over with a new character/profession.

i just dont see the point in wasting your $50 to race to the top.

NEWSFLASH!!!
theres already master rangers out there. you wont be the first one to do it.

Well as far as i know so far, i'm the only one. And people ask how? The answer is simple, i've played 16 hours a day since the start . . and i've earned every bit of my rank.

Those that are trying to exploit to become a ranger, wont learn what it is to be a ranger. And i'm suposing most of you just want to sell your account on Ebay.

Pike off i say.

I am actually playing my Ranger, too. I want to be a Master Pistoleer/Master Ranger someday. I understand the desire for people wanting to macro their survival xp. I probably won't end up doing it, though. It will probably be the last skill line in my Ranger tree to get completed. But if you think that Survival xp is bad, combat xp is worse. But at least you are actively doing something to earn it, rather than just sitting around doing nothing (I don't have any artisan skills so surveying is out for me).
