Rangers,

Thanks everyone who came to the meeting tonight. A special thanks goes out to Zkull, who traveled across the universe (and forgot to bring his Ranger skills with him) to help us out. I feel we accomplished quite a lot.

First off, unfortunately NONE of this is official without Anro's OK. But, if we pressure him enough I'm sure he'll see it our way =).

1. The Name - It was unanimous, Flurry Antarian Rangers <FAR> won the vote. No more to say about that.

2.Dues - Another unanimous vote, Guild Hunts will hopefully support the maintainance and supply costs of the Guild. It was proposed to have 2 hunts a week, and is a great time to build experience for those who need it. If this doesn't work, paying dues will be a fallback plan.

3. Vendors - Not really a definite answer, we basically discussed how to set up a vendor and run business with the community. Unless we can find a Ranger who can manage Vendors, we will hire a local merchant to run one for us.

There will be big post coming up concerning the "Grand Opening" and membership inception. This WILL be soon, so I urge all of you to contact myself or anro so we have your in-game name. You can use this post for that purpose.

Good work everyone! My thanks to all who attended.

I'm at work and I can't wait to get home! I logged out at the PA hall last night so I hope you are all hanging out by the hall and we have a chance to chat.

Will you guys have something like associates? I am already in another PA, but in my bio I could put something like " Proud Associate of FAR"

I do like to keep in touch with other Rangers.

Alright, I finally broke down and signed up to post about a game I already pay for.Good luck SOE trying to find me. Heh heh.

At any rate, I am very interested in the Ranger PA. I really enjoybeing a part of the ranger community and am looking forward to getting involvedmore. Please put me on the list.

I had an idea about our founding party.

ATM, the plan isfor all new members to meet at the hall and make the PA official. It will be a celebration, a grand opening! Fireworks and music are a must! Day and time are still to be determined.

On to my idea; once the festivities end, an inaugural huntshould take place.All the new members group up and headto Endor or another adventure planet and hunt into the night!

I would like to join the (FAR) PA. I came to the meeting Monday and it looks like a great group.

PS if any (FAR) member that needs a lot ofAprentice Points I will need training in Rifle Specialist which will grant me Mastermarksman (I have the required 620 Aprentice points) . I also will need training in Wayfaring 2. I can meet tonight at the (FAR) PA Hall on Naboo. Send me a email in the game or a tell.

Well, NOW it's official - Flurry Antarian Rangers!

Dekas, you have some great ideas - the opening ceremony should be grand! Everyone who is attending start looking for fireworks and get an artisan to make those things you get from searching those stupid lairs =). Someone will have to find a band, too - I guess I'll do that.

Problem is, we don't have a date set yet. I am thinking about Saturday... please give me feedback if Saturday (evening East Coast, late afternoon West Coast) will work for everyone.

As far as associates are concerned I am all for it! Rangers are Rangers, and if you are already in a guild I won't hold it against you. So put something concerning a friendly relation to <FAR> in your bio, all you Rangers who are interested. You will always be welcome at the Guild Hall (or anywhere else).

Srry, everyone. Ahazi's opening ceremony is Saturday night, and I urge all of you to create a novice scout and head on over there to participate. I will be there, and we will have to do ours another day.

Yes, saturday sounds great to me. I'm on the west coast, anytime after 4pm (7pm Eastern) would be ok with me.

4 to 5ish pacific sound ok to everyone? Please speak up if its a problem, I think it is important to have everyone there. I will set up the fireworks, gotta use my engineer skills one last time before I have to surrender the title. Thanks for taking care of the music Avido. Also, if anyone knows a good chef, let us know, we'll need catering.

I havean issue to bring up, and I need some discussion on it. I believe we need a couple good support personnel. A friend of mine is a Combat Medic/Doctor/Pistoleer. He has great ranged heals and as a doctor he has the ability to rez (that means less down time waiting for people torun back from the Cloning center).I think he would be invaluable on our hunts. He does not have the skill points for even novice ranger. Could he be considered for membership? He is very interested in joining us Rangers! Also a Squad leader would be nice. Not sure if the Ranger-only thing has been discussed or nailed down. Please share your thoughts.

Avido, thanks, glad you like it. We need to get a site going for us on Flurry. I'm looking into a couple of options. The site Zkull foundis nice, but it seems to work best for a single server PA. I've got some ideas, but don't want to promise anything yet, I need time to make master, lol!
