Thread: what is the fastest way to grind a scout?
No armor, no buffs, no weapons, no hand to hand skill and go smack an uber krayt on his wittle pointed head.
You will have ground scout in about 2 freaking seconds.
If you are a potential BH, there is not a quick way to do scout. Fact is, the most xp will be from durnis on Corellia, go kill them and butterflies.
Any other potential profession, use the search feature.

I can't stop laughing.
Anyway, the best way to grind out Scout quickly is to read my guide.
That and get a group of friends who will do anything for you and are uber combat types and go kill Rancors.

There will be no grinding scout until they fix the broken xp since publish 6.

God people are idiots... ask a question and people answer with the most absurd and annoying crap.
If you already have combat skills, grinding scout is easy. I am Master TKA grinding scout now and got all my scouting xp on Dathomir killing rancors in about 30 minutes. The trapping xp I got by standing toe-to-toe with mallok's and baz nitch's throwing traps while they missed me. If you do not have any great combat skills, the best bet is to find a group on dantooine and harvest whatever they kill and throw traps from afar. the glow wire traps you can keep throwing at the same target.
Survival xp is what I am grinding now, and there is no easy what to do it. Just drop a tent, type /alarmaddin 0 25 camp, and then wander around the boards helping out the peoples.

It's not "absurd, annoying crap". It's a question that has been answered nearly 2,239,804,098,240,892,409,830,982,430,983 times in this forum. So many, I wrote a guide in July on how to do it. It's stickied at the top of the forum. There are also dozens of other posts on here on how to do it.
So we have a bit of fun with this guy - his question has been answered.

Maybe I need to get bitter to the point where my first thought when someone asked for help is "How can I mock them for this?" You people seem to enjoy it to no end.
And I didn't know I could grind camps for xp. Or if I did, I had forgotten. Been a long time since I was a scout. Heh. I cut my teeth in the early days of grinding before holocrons pushed efficiency to new heights. Thanksfor the tip.

Hi, I am the not nice Ranger/Scout poster. I dislike grinders, as they wear a title and know nothing of the class. Any class, any profession. You Tavian, are a grinder. You have confessed to not knowing some basic facts about the profession, nor have you bothered to read the outstanding guide at the top of the forum. Nor do you know that Brisc and I generally run a 1- 2 on silly questions. I wise azz, he answers. Unless he is not on, then I do both. He doesn't get to wise azz tho, he is the nice Scout.
It's just a game. It is supposed to be fun, not a job, not a grind, FUN.
I have said at least 100 times, it's not the destination, it's the journey. Chill. Find Hakai and get a rice ball.
BTW, re-read the post, the original post wanted to know how to grind a scout. Not how to grind scout, grind a scout. I told him.
