Biggest Creature I've solo'd are the Krayts. All the types, including the POI CL90 ones. Got my nifty Ancient Krayt Hunter badge, too!

Gorax on Endor (lvl 83 I believe might have been 82 , was yellow con at 80)
Lvl 83 and 84 Krayts (yep yellow and red cons) on Tattooine
MRifleman/MasterBH with some pistoleer (hey BH requires some scout ya know 
)
