I was able to keep my survival xp up with the rest of my scout trees, until I got to level 3 with them all. I had been doing the fight, camp/heal back to fight thing. But when I got higher levels, I didnt hardly need to heal up and rest. So the only time I really make camps,is to "shoot I need to work up my survival, I better make a few camps." Its sad and frustrating. I do the exact same thing. Setup camp, go do some chores around the house, disband camp, setup new camp, go back to chores.

Yea no grinding here folks. I remember when I was on the Development boards, and had beta going. The big concern the devs had was for player to not have to grind out xp. They even did some discussions with boards, based on feadback from beta, and did polls about it. I'm surprised some of these bigger xp/grind problems in some the professions made it to release.

I amsure looking forward to the better camping xp, fishing xp, and most of all trap/camp making xp. Even though Im nearly master Scout now, they will come in handy when I do the Whole Ranger skills.

For the most part, I have "worse case" of a two more weeks or so till Master Ranger. Not realy that big of a deal since there isn't anything that I must have at Master Ranger. I have alot of Fencing XP to work on, so I am no hurry. I just wish survival XP was not so "boring"
