BH's will probably not get the trap unless they change the requirments for BH again.

bountyhunters lay ambushes, not traps imo.

As far as adhesive mesh ging to bh's that is all well and good. But if it were to happen they wouldn't land it on their targets as many times as we would. But it should definately be in the master scout box where it is that way fotm's won't take up master scout.

I can't hit a rancor until adv. trapping 2, enraged at 3 (I think). It's been awhile since I went to dath, but their HAMs are what, 15k, 20k, something like that? Any humanoid worth trapping is going to have a HAM too high for them to hit anyway. For some reason though, I feel that they're going to get a pdart/adhesive mesh/all status effect/kd/damage to all stat pools trap that does which ever damage type the target is vulnerable to. And of course, since they have ONE line of scout, they'll be able to use these uber traps that do this stuff on anything, by some crappy bug the devs will never fix. So you'll have MBH's using trapsto soloKrayts, while a group of 20 rangers sits on a nearby dune top sobbing as they watch the BH massacre the dragon.

I was once hunting on Dathomir and I met up with a jedi who was hunting a rancor. He had a TEF to me since this was before the revamp so I helped him out by throwing a flash bomb at his rancor. Well the area of effect seemed to have affected the Jedi too, blinding him as well even though I couldn't throw the trap directly at him.

The Jedi gave me only 200 trapping xp. Go hunt rancors instead.

I don't see why all traps can't work on npc's as well. OK, some of the lower traps won't have any effect, but the higher ones like Adhesive Mesh and Phecnacine Dart should to a lesser or greater extent depending on the strengths/weaknesses of the npc being attacked.

Yeah I agree...why wouldnt a sonic trap stun or flash bomb blind a npc just like creature.

Two wrongs dont make a right...but three lefts do.
