exp is detirmined by fish size.
I haven't done a lot of checking, but every place I fished on Naboo had from 4-5 fish density. (just outside Kaadara, for instance)

Yes its determined by fish size.But its determined by fish size for that type you caught. So a .4m blowfish will give you more xp them a .5 ray

Well I bought my first poll the other day and had to give it a try. The first time a cast the line i caught some thing beginers luck guess but nun the less I caught a fish. I recomend this for everybody to try it's a nice release from the everyday killing of creatures and or Rebs or Imps.

Awesome guide. I've tried to fish before but no luck. Read your post and I have been catching fish all the time. Found a nice spot outside Coronet and I can drop a camp there too.

Thanks, Volsted, on taking the time to write this guide, I've spent some days now fishing and caught more then I ever expected to 
Biggest so far being a 1.00 mr. striped fish.. on to 1.2 mr

I'm thinking I'm really stupid. I can't for the life of me figure out how to get fish bait. Do I craft it, forage it, steal it?
Any suggestions?

WOW. This is great! Good Job. I have always wanted to be able to fish and now I can't stop catching the things!
I have a few questions though. Sorry if they have already been asked on another thread. I couldn't see them 
1) What do you do with the fish Carcas?
2) Whats a good amount of fish to have before you try and sell it to the BE's?
3) What the hell do I do with all this Chum Bait? Can I try and sell some on the Bizarre?

Mount it on the wall of your house, give it to a friend to mount in thier house, win a fishing contest with it (if there's a contest going on), destroy it....

Several thousand stack at least. My BE buddy says "the more you get me, the happier I am"

You could do that, or you can use it to re-bait your line when your existing bait is finally used up. Or you could give it to a newbie or a friendand teach them to fish. "Teach a man to fish..." and all that.
