Thread: its time to move on

well with the announcment of the details of publish 7 i have put a lot of thought into going back to bounty hunting. with the PC bounties now working and droid speed fixed its time to leave CH and rifle behind for a while.
its been a lot of fun and i will keep hold of novice rifle so as not to lose my 900k rifle xp in case i ever decide to return. i guess its just time to finally go be a bounty hunter and do somethng different. for now i am hanging my Krayt T21 on the PA hall wall with pride. some day i may carry it again but for now so long

I totally agree with you, in order to make the game more worthwhile just do something you like and keep you interested. Personally, I won't continually PVP with my rifle/tkm, I'll drop it some time after publish 7 for Bounty Hunter

Sorry to see you go, but just so you know you're going to loose the rifle xp as soon as you drop them all and learn another skill. I believe it checks everything and will see you as over the cap. Enjoy hunting...maybe you should make a kettemoor bounty hunter. Might end up tracking Klaw's jedi char.

well its probably a vain hope but if it happens ill just use the points elswhere

Why not do what I am doing, go for Investigation 4 and stay master rifle?

i want to master BH once and for all i started out trying to do that and i dont like leaving it hanging.
i also miss the wide variety of weapons a BH has at their disposal. if i could i would keep rifle CH and still do bounty hunting heh. but jedi have run wild too long.

riflemen getting nerfed so u are moving back, eh? I heard TKA is the next big thing, try that out, see how you like it.

Good luck in BH and I suggest you get Ranger Area tracking if your going the Jedi hunter road. Makes things much easyer to find and keep track of. Also become neutral and do all the theme parks, silly little jedi like to hunt in groups and hide in theme parks

personaly i think the warcry nerf is going to be a hit hit to TKA's. when i was doing tka i was total dependant on it. I had a great pve combo that worked wonders. spam warcry til it sticks (easy with +25 warcry bio clothes), then kd, then spam unarmed hit 2. it worked great to grind out tka. quenkers would rarly hit me, and baz niches would only get a couple hits in.
TKM's will still be powerful of course, but i still think the warcry nerf is a pretty BIG nerf.
