1st column shows rifle speed mod..2nd column shows minimum weapon speed to fire any special 1x/sec with that speed mod

Yes.

If you can find a +5 or +7 speed attachment, try to find a pre-publish-10 Mabari Belt to attach it to.

You can wear this belt with armor and with a backpack, but NOT with a PSG from what I understand.

And keep in mind the following important rulefor attachments (clothing or armor)...

Do not put TWO of the same attachment on an item. Only one of them will be recognized.

For example, do not put two "rifle speed +x" on your mabari belt. You will have wasted one of them.

You will have to find another socketed item to attach the second one to.

So if i get an extra plus 7 speed with my rifleman ill hit every 1 second with a 7.4 speed T21??

i think the cap is 100 cuz my speed says 100+. I have plus 10 ubese shirt i can wear underneath armor and im capped i would like to think

It may seem that way, but unless you have FS melee speed right now, then you are still a bit over the cap.

Here is the'magical' speed equation- Actual Speed= Weapon Speed * Delay Modifier * (100 - Rifle Speed) / 100

So plugging in the numbers you provided: Actual Speed= 7.4 * 3.5(SS2) * (100 - 95[Your rifle speed]) / 100

7.4 * 3.5 * (5) / 100

7.4 * 17.5 / 100

129.5 / 100

1.295= Actual Speed

Using the equation again, you will see that +1 speed(total of +96) has you firing SS2 once every 1.036 seconds. +97 reduces it to 0.777 where the cap comes in and you are firing once per second with SS2.

Yeah.. PSGs and Belts take the same "equipped" slot. So you can wear one or the other but not both. However, Ubese shirts can be worn under armor as well and can be worn with either a PSG or Mabari belt equipped. These shirts, like the Mabari belts, take armor attachments (if socketed) and, if they they are also pre-publish-10 items, they will not have a condition either. Thus, like pre-publish-10 belts, these shirts cannot decay either.

I have a Mabari belt with +2 to rifle speed and an Ubese Shirt with +3 to Rifle Speed. I can wear them both with my armor on but if I put on a PSG, my belt unequips. So, if you have a +7 or better Rifle Speed attachment, your best bet is to put it on a pre-publish-10 Ubese shirt and wear a PSG with it. If you do not have a +7 attachment, put your best Rifle Speed attachment on a pre-10 Ubese shirt and your next best attachment on a pre-10 Mabari belt. Wear the Ubese shirt at all times, and wear the belt to get extra speed or equip the PSG to get extra protection.

I have +12 to Enhanced Ranged Speed which should make both of these items unnecessary, but because that skill is broken, I still need them. However, since Enhanced Melee Speed is affecting Rifle Speed, and I have my first box of Enhanced Melee Speed (+3), I am now capping with my shirt and belt equipped. I should finish up my second box tonight, and when I do, I will no longer need the belt, so I can start wearing a PSG all the time again. After I get my third box, I can retire the Ubese shirt as well, at least until they do the combat revamp and the speed formulas change completely. Who knows, I may need them again after that.
