Best rifle to use in PvP would probably bethe Jawa since it does Stun damage. Haven't seen too many with T21s PvPing. If you want a shirt that gives bonuses get an Ubese armor shirt with 4 sockets and then put 4 different armor attachments in it. They will all work and the ubese shirt can't decay like normal BE clothing. Can also get an ubese bandolier with 4 sockets.

Isn't the Ubese Undershirt a Clothing so you need Clothing Attachments?

most people, atleast on my server, that are hardcore pvpers have 40% stun and about 90% base comp with a 45% base PSG so id say your best bet is to use a REALLY GOOD jawa or the acid rifle as psg's are vuln to acid

there is no 90% armor. armor goes only up to 80% even with effectiveness slices. thats a hard cap.

i have some very nice comp armor, my best sliced piece is 80% energy, 42% stun, 79% all around. that is a very very lucky slice. its a chestpiece and i havent seen better yet.

Tell that to my full suit of 90% base with my 39% stun/82%otherhelmet

Actually most pvpers will have stun armor now, if not at least a stun helmet. I've found that usually the good ole' T21 is still your best bet. Find one that is over 500 max dammage.

/nod 67% base armor with a perfect 35% effect slice = 90% base armor, im staring at a 40% stun/90% base helmet as we speak

Yeah, my whole set is 85% base, 39% stun. I love pre-sliced vendors.
