Jawas are nice if you know the person has no stun layer - that's getting to be fairly rare anymore in PVP. If they even have a mediocre stun layer of say 7%, you are going to be hitting like a pea shooter even with a very nice jawa due to onlylight armor piercing. That's when you switch back to a T21(heavy armor piercing)or dxr6(medium armor piercing). T21 for damage if they aren't wearing a PSG or dxr6 because psg's are vuln to acid.
Can't remember the common stats, but BE clothes are great for pvp. I think it's 17% def vs stun and 11% melee defense that you can get that I like. Get a shirt with these stats built in to complement your rifle skills. Make sure you have 4 sockets and fill them with the best clothing attachments you can find. I'd take that over an ubese shirt any day. Currently, you can wear and get the benefits of clothing even if it is at 0% condition. I have heard that Release 11 or something is going to make 0% clothing not work, but till then, live it up. Ubese armor shirts don't have any of the good defenses that you can get with BE clothing.

Armour
Encumbrance - 45%
Effectiveness - 35%
Weapons
Speed - 35%
Damage - 35%

Wrong, encumberance slices can reach 45%, effective slices cap at 35%
