Thread: TC CHANGES Incase you missed it.
Not including the combat changes but, these below are related to some of the PMS and Rifleman concerns.
Removed old rifle crawl skill mods (unused)
Increased rifle accuracy
Increased rifle Aim Accuracy
Increased melee defense
Increased ranged defense
Increased block mods
Increased ranged defense mods
All new HAM cost system for combat - Special moves take from the max value, but regenerate much, much faster. The end result is that HAM spent on special moves regenerates MUCH faster than damage, so it should make combat more dynamic.
Added "Sniper Support Skill" for Rifleman. Riflemen shooting creatures and NPCs at greater than 50m have a much better chance of drawing a single social creature from a crowd (versus the entire group of angry mobiles immediately charging at the rifleman).
Combat medic skill mods can no longer increase the range of medicines beyond 64m.
You're correct on the combat being pushed. Forgot to add it, I posted this due the amount of PMs regarding the changes on the TC. Sure it's outdated but, not everyone is reading the Patch Notes as we would assume.
From what I have been told (still waiting on an official response from Keldarin) concelshot will be no more but, I don'tlike to make any comments without the facts. But with all the stuff on the table, so much will be changing soon.

can you find out why after it being broken so long and was finally fixed and useful they are going to replace it with a non-useful shot????!??!?!?!!?????
doesnt make ANY sense
What about Suprise Shot, it does the same thing as conceal shot just that you have to be in cover, will it be removed also?
