To be honest, its not that great. It's cool to loot an exceptional anything, I've never done it. But realistically, its at about the same damage level as a nice T21, and without the AP3 that T21's have. The mod bonuses are mostly useless because dodge won't work with the rifle equipped, and no one really uses /aim all that much anyway.

Still, get that thing sliced, see what happens

To be honest, it is that great. Sure, AP3 would make it better(though Jedi, most creatures, and some non-Jedi have no AR), but that 2.2 speed is going to be amazing after the revamp/nerf and the HAM costs cannot be beat. The maximum damage is comparable to a T-21(a darn good one), but I doubt you'll see many with minimum damage quite that good

The rifle isnt even sliced in that pic, and its the dmg of a really nice T21

A speed-capped rifleman isn't going to care about the speed, the lack of AP will make a difference - but I'm not saying its a great rifle. It is a great gun that I'd love to have. Fact is though, its not THAT great. I'd recommend NOT slicing it actually, as slicing appears to make the gun decay at a higher rate.
