Ya, but what Jade is saying is that it is going to kick ass after the revamp, when there are no "speed capped" Riflemen at all. I think we can be sure of that. So the speed will certainly have a large impact. Same as the HAM costs on that baby. Don't think that you will be spamming specials with a T21 after the combat revamp.


Slicing just lowers the chance of a successful repair but it does not make the gun decay faster. So I would slice it.
