Can you tell me what is the Max speed I can get with Rifleman including speed tapes please?

You need 97 to fire at the speed cap with virtually all player crafted rifles. The max speed mod you could possibly get if you just had master rifleman would be 115. There is also 5 extra rifle speed at master marksman and some force skills can also increase your speed. Two things to note is that anything past 100 does not count and the force skills for ranged weapons are bugged. Melee speed in the force skills apparantly works on melee and ranged weapons.

Edit: When Isay speed capped, I mean that you will fire all specials once per second.

Every combat professions speed cap is 1.0 seconds. No amount of speed tapes or FS skills will put you over this number. It is hard coded into the system until the dev's change it.

Anyone saying otherwise is a noob or is relaying a rumor they think is fact.

Thanks for your help. One point of clarification - are you saying then that if I make Master Rifles, I don't need any speed tapes since I am already capped? Sorry if this is a dumb question.

Once you have mastered rifleman you will have a speed skill of +90.
This means you will need an additional 7 points to get to the speed cap, there are three ways:
- get skill tapes up to +7
- get master marksman (which gives +5) and then skill tapes +2
- get the force sensitive Melee Speed skill (ya it's a bug, melee speed gives both ranged and melee speed atm, might be fixed soon then you will need Ranged Speed skills)

To guarantee a speed cap you would need a total of +100 speed. Which means at Master Rifleman you would need +10 SEA. Or you could get Master Marksman alsoand then only need +5 SEA.
