so let me get this.... a BH can hit the action,health, and mind of a person with the wide array of specials they posses?? this IS BS a BH should not be able to target the mind pool with any special.... this is supposed to BE OUR SPECIALTY. They get taxed in action for using eyeshot while we are taxed mind for using headshot??? if anything at all make eyeshot random at what it hits.... im sick of being eyeshotted 4 times in row for 250 dmg.... its just plains sick. The devs say our plus is being able to target the mind....well why do BH get to also???

I just think they named it a stupid name. If they hadn't named it Eye shot, they wouldn't have made it blind you and do mind damage. They should do some other kind of shot instead. And besides, how are you supposed to hit someonein the eye with a pistol? EVERY TIME too, since they don't seem to have any accuracy penalties from whatever distance. If they do keep it, they should at least make it cost them mind as well as do mind, so that way it evens out. I think if we are stuck doing unhealable damage to ourselves with our mind attacks, they should too.

I forgot where I read this but it may or may not have been on the BH forums. Some BH was complaining that headshot was too accurate. He suggested institutting a an accuracy penalty for riflemen becasue the head is a smaller target than the body. Hmmm... head? smaller target? But you still want to hit me in the EYE from 60m out? with a pistol no less?

They are Master Marksmen. They have access to the best rifle around (laser) and the best attack (HeadShot2) and the Mind bleed. Why do they need a second mind shot at all?

I'm sorry guys, they deserve it. To become a rifleman, all you have to do is fill one tree of one of the basic professions (marksman). BH has to fully complete 2 basic professions, just to get novice, and eyeshot is like a 3rd level ability. I have no problem with them having that. they had to work 8 or 9 times longer to get it.

and they have less XPleft over at that point to throw on extra abilities like brawler or medic or something

BH should get eyeshot.. they spend MOST of the skill points to get it, but what it is now... is unfair to rifleman. It should use mind or rifleman should use action...

Eye shot is fine. It is tough to take out a BH/Pistoleer that is using eye shot, but not that tough.

EYESHOT DOES NOT DRAIN THEIR MIND POOL! There is something wrong with that. That is what needs to be fixed. Either that or our shots that don't do mind damage, like strafe 2 and all the other specials should cause us to drain our action or health pool, and not our mind pool...it's such a double standard.

actually I wish I was a BH. But i'ma novice Rifleman cause I'm hoping that the devs will repair our profession. However people like you make me ashamed to say I'm a rifleman. See, most rifleman can respect the fact that other professions ARE harder to obtain and do deserve more benefits.

and yes. 8 or 9 times longer. let's take a look shall we:

to get to novice rifleman, you must fill all 4 rifle boxes on marksman.

let's see what it takes to get to novice BH: 4 rifle, 4 carbine, 4 pistol, 4 tactics, 4 explore, 4 trapping,4 hunting, 4 survival. Oh and lets not forget Master Marksman and Master Scout. now. to get the eyeshot that you are upset about, they need to go up to the 3rd level of one of their branches. that is a long time. I'll be honest. I took rifle because it's fun and it was quick to get to.

you have no reason to flip out at me because I have a little common sense and can understand that people who work harder should get more.

And Eyeshot doesnt do 600 a shot, we equal to double their best damage at roughly .5 sec slower speed, some people can shoot at the same speed.

I will not lie, eye shot makes me pay attention in a hurry. I know I have a 50/50 shot in any fight with a BH/Pistoleer using eye shot. If you cant handle those odds I am sorry.

Now if you want to talk about our HAM costs that is a diffrent thread, I believe this thread said BH shouldnt have eyeshot and I disagree.

So, doopheus, or whatever your stupid n00b name is. I'm a master TKA,/master marksman/master Rifleman.

Should i not walk all over a BH? I've spent more points than a master bounty hunter. I've gained effectively 2-3 times their experience(well over 3 times compared to a Bh with just eyeshot.)

I don't think it's even feasible to get that shot taken away...I do think that on the next month report the ham costs should def. be addressed though. I would be more than happy if they changed their eye shot move to drain take from their mind pool just like ours. They can use it a ridiculous amount of times right now; I don't think this is asking for too much...what do you guys think?
