I can't say that I won't be happy if that thing gets nerfed. It's monstrously unbalancing and never should have been in the game in the first place.

It will still be extremely good...but wont be able to hold a candle to what it can do now..

You can expect it to be about the same damage as a post-CU crafted T21 with base tissues / sliced. Well, if they don't change conversion formula.

Doesn't matter what the damage is. It will not get above current weapon cap (which is not that high).

Um... lol well I guess you cant say it was balanced lol. Now it will be lol.... this is why the CURB was needed.
