Might as well go MMarksman, and invest the rest in either 1 box on carbineer or pistoleer, or all the rest on FS enhancements.
This will get you to CL80, but I still think it's not that good of a template.
actualy I was a combat medic before I was doctor and combat medics have to have 0004 marksman, which makes you waste those skill points.

0004 in marksman is a requiment for rifleman, carbineer and pistoleer so you must have already spent the points in that line

yeah lol hes right.
Well the extra tree in carbineer is nice, however those 6 sp spent in master marksman gets him a ton of general ranged accuracy etc. So basically what's more important? The shots + lesser stats or the stats? I forget numbers offhand.

Did you miss a tree somewhere? This template leaves 21 points free according to the prof calculator I have. I'd dump those 21 in Medic xx4x, enhanced reflexes 4xxx, combat prowess x3xx.

Must have, I was just crunching the numbers in my head and had thought all trees=14 sp and that he'd have 1 to play around with, not sure where I went wrong but meh so now he's got 21 sp.
Meaning he can go MRM, MMarks, 0-4-4-0 carbs, 0-1-0-4 pistols, 4-0-0-0 CM, medic 0-4-1-0 to enhance his healing efficiency and get even more accuracy stacked.
