I think it's been like that ever since cu, not sure though. You might try attacking from 80m range with some arms. This may give you more time to get shots off before you're discovered.

Usually the forth shot attracts attention. Although I use the ranged arms.

In my experiance (got a RL Master Rifleman friend with arms, i'm getting mine atm) most of the time he shoots from 80m, the mob warps on top of him. covered or not.
*edit- typo

From 65m range I've always gotten a minimum of 4 concealed shots + whatever I use next (normally snipershot or a KD). Inrare cases I've been able to get upwards of 8 shots in before the target comes running. These are Bh NPC marks by the way.

generally it was assumed to be a timer but it might be related to how the concealment "bubbles" work. (With the release of more info by the devs on how invisiblity works) but it also could still be a timer.
rifleman concealment bubble vs target detect bubble + cl difference
combat action by rifleman enlarges his concealment bubble
action on a target enlarges their detect bubble (which increases with time as well I think)
when the detection bubble crosses the concealment bubble and the cl level is x then the bubble pops and cover drops
This is not quite accurate but it is my current understanding

Looks too mathy. If we let c be the conceal bubble, and d be the discover bubble, and dCL be the change in combat levels, then as c approaches d and dCL becomes greater ...

I have had good success killing stuff with Conceal Shot (post-CU) without ever drawing aggro, even some stuff with huge HP, and I do not have an arm. However, I do go into cover well beyond the maximum range of my weapon then crawl up to 65m and shoot from there.

I fought Sawtooth last night, I was about 58m or so away. i think I got about 5 conceal shots in on him before he finally came for me. I was right near a big tree tho, may have affected his los. /shrugs

When I did rifles, I could often get 4-5, even 6 shots off with Conceal Shot before being aggroed. I dont know if it made a difference or not, but I have quite a few BE shirts and tapes that cave me +cover mods.
I know its been reported they dont work post-CU but given that I seem to , regularly get more concealed shots off than people here are reporting something must be different. I could easiliy go over 3 shots w/o being aggroed.
I never really tried to test w/o the shirt and skill tapes so I cant say they helped for certain. Just know that I regularly got more than 3 shots off

Can you give me a specific example of a mob type that you are able to do this with, Sotaudi, and how many times you are able to fire conceal shot without drawing aggro? I'd like to go try to try that myself on the same kind of mob, because that's never how it works with me. The most I seem to ever get is about 3 shots before I am discovered. Or have you just been waiting for the mob to move away from you when it starts getting too close, before you resume firing?

I do exactly the same as Sotaudi posted. I was able to get 10+ shots on a BH boss mark last night, and almost as many in on a Gorax. To try this:
1. Equip rifle (with 65+ range)
2. Start out around 70m
3. Walk to 66/67m
4. /prone
5. /conceal
6. Crawl to within range @ 65m
Then see how many conceal shots you can get off. You will find that often it is*alot* more than you would have expected.
Note: Now theBH marks won't move, but for targets that do you need to wait for them to stop, then move quickly before they start moving again.
It's nice to get a decent chunk of their HAM down before the real fighting begins (in fact against both targets mentioned above neither of them hit me b/c I kited them well after they found me). But to be honestif you have thetactics/abilities I think it's quicker to just kite them around with your headshot + <other damaging shot>, roots, KDs, and/or snares.
