Was looted by a buddy of mine on Tempest. I havn't confirmed what from (Nighsister Elder I would Imagine). I just happened to see his post on the Tempest boards today. The b@stard....

It looks to have a powerup on it, is NOT sliced but ohhh god look at that speed, HAM and DOT!!!!

lol i noticed that too, but no slice yet, that DOT should be illegal,

The Scylla exceptional T21 was much better, damage wise.

Someone take the stupid powerup off so they don't kill that weapon any quicker, Christ.

No its not photoshop, Milk has no reason to impress anyone, he has gathered some amazing loot in his time. I would agree about the powerup though, that tjing is gonna decay fast lol.

An Exceptional Was looteed on kettemoor the other day. 818 Max, 11.0 Speed, 26 Mind HAM, Im winning it at 4.1 mil, but it will get higher.

A higher than 100% potency means it will tick for more. So the DoT will stick every time and tick for 102% of whatever is listed.

He meant potency. The potency was 102%, meaning the DOT will stick everytime it is fired. The strength is a totally diffrent thing. It is how long the DOT lasts.

meh, not that impressive, health can be healed, and with only 2670 uses, it will be used up quick, the damage is decent, and its condition is low, thing I like is the HAM
