yup thats a photoshop...at least the power up is. Or the (exceptional) part is....becuase without the so called "power up" the damage isnt that high, and people have looted non-exceptional DoT weapons before. Nice try though

damn thats a nice rifle, the best thing i looted in tempest was an exceptional dx2 pistol, i wish i looted that instead onthe pistol.

When do we target health? We don't but imagine a strafeshot2 against an enemy base during a PvP battle, you would be more hated then a CM.

Not every exceptional weapon is like Eoc's ~560 action poison Striker, or Kal-El's mind fire DL44, or even CaboFS's exceptional T21. The exceptional Republic Blaster on Scylla is pretty pathetic. Around 120-420 damage, average speed, range and HAM cost. No DoT either. If it wasn't for the increased damage, I'd of thought it was a joke.

Ok for the people saying photoshop you are just retarded. I know milk personally and he would never photoshop or make up a lie about something he looted. He is probably tempest's best player and an all around good guy.
anyway its a real loot and its still unsliced.

I dont see how the powerup is fake? Without the powerup the weapon is 1,281 max dmg... many powerups are +33% max damage... which comes out to what the current powerup on it is around +424...
And the exceptional part can be very real... I saw some exceptional +30 -.3 krayt tissues once... and I have an exceptional NS Lance with just slightly increased dmg and nothing else...
And something with max dmg that high, even if it isnt as good as the one on scylla, is still uber and cant be crafted... I think thats exceptional if you ask me...

uh ? powerup on that rifle is heresy ! you kno it makes condition drop faster do you ?
and you'll need a lucky repair to actually use the rifle, but if you powerup that, it won't last over a week :/

Will you guys get off his back about the power up? Weapons are ment to kill. I hate when people buy these exceptional weapons on other servers and never use them. Everyone knows power ups and slices degrade weapons faster but it doesn't make that much of a difference. I go through about 15-20 power ups a day on my sliced weapon and I only need to repair it from 50% about once a month. I don't think he will be using this rifle to hunt quenkers. Hopefully he will use it though instead of selling it to some rich **edit** weapon smith or something like that.

People who say this rifle is nothing special are just ignorant. If u can get a dam slice on that mofo it will go above 2000dam in max dam, making it a pvp monster. Using that with strafe2 and a max dam of 2000+ will make u if not one shot then 100% 2xshoot every peep on that server in buff and full standard comp.
I think it is absolutely amazingly nice, and id gladly sell my family to a russian labor camp to get my hands on it.
Congrats a bunch and pls do tell us where that monster was looted.....ive been killing elders nonstop in a month to get a rifle like that.
