Ok, I know this has probabily been discussed already, but what do you guys think of the Rifleman tree only getting one real uber rifle, compared to most other leet skill tree's getting 2-3 uber guns?

Personally, I think it sucks, espeically since our uber gun isn't that uber to begin with ;(

I only use my new T21, no other guns. I have no issues. 212-642 7.9 I am a master now so i hit the speed cap with regular shots and take things down right quick. this things is brutal when i use specials, both to the enemy and me The gun has a 95 mind ham, but with my damage/mind power up its 80. I never use any other gun. Its uber to me?

I should note that this gun's base damage was 170-389 It got a 25% damage slice and I use 32% damage/16% mind powerups

I don't mind us just having one über weapon... the problem is the T21 is not one. The old pre-nerfs are, but they new ones are not.

And max damage I've seen on a pre-nerf is 845.

As I play on a server that has never HAD T21's, I'm a little irritated by the pistoleers doing ridiculous amounts of damage with their single-tissue Krayt weapons. They're doing more damage than I can with my Laser Rifle, and I'm also a Master Ranger who's SUPPOSED to be getting animal to-hit bonuses.

If your weapon does half the damage in 1/6th the time, don't bitch to me about my "uber damage" weapons!

Bought a pre-nerf T21 two days ago.

655dmg 9.4sec before powerup.

With the 31% max dmg powerup, I'm over 858. The rifle had a stock added to it and obviously got damage sliced, ham costs are high. At master rifleman it's firing darn fast for such a long delay.

unfortunately, I cannot say about any uber guns seeing as my server as well has not had any T 21s . The best rifle I have is this :Laser Rifle 40-406 5.3speed. Sliced to 46- 464 damage. Poweruped to 46-611. Halfway up the skilll tree so I shoot pretty fast. Wished I could get a hold of a T21.

If you see a guy named Mikeeo around ask him to post the stats for his gun, the max damage was 850...blew my mind...a t21 of course...prenerf....of course..very impressive..made me feel very....not good.

Hello there Riflemen and Riflewomen!!!

Well, I just qualified for Novice Rifleman early, early this morning... I'm on the Tarq server and immediately started looking around for my brand new T21 only to find out there isn't one!!!!

What is up with that!?! Now come to the boards looking for answers to find that it is available on some servers are not on others!?! Okay, more confusion sets in...

Next, in reading some of your posts I learn that other gun special professions have multiple uber-guns that are ALL currently available!!! The world is beginning to spin. Getting lightheaded and dizzy. Need to sit down now.

LOL Seriously, I just got here and I'm furious. I worked so hard for months with one goal in mind. I got there tonight only to find out sorry, can't help you!!! It sounds like you guys have been here a bit. I can't even imagine how you must feel...

SO, what do we all do?! Who do we talk to?!? What options do we have besides scrapping Rifleman and becoming yet another of the throng of Creature Handlers, Bounty Hunters, or Commandos out there?!?

I looked at Rifleman because I thought it was a direction not many were heading in. I looked at Ranger and am working on it for the same reason... The T21 was suppose to be the payoff for all the hard work. I can't tell you how upset I am to only now find out the only reason to obtain Rifleman is to gain the little nametag over your PC name!

Brand New and Disappointed Rifleman

I got Laser Rifle 14-455(or so)5.7 as drop from imperial prison quest to kill Jedi Knight. Dmg sliced and powered up it has 755 max dmg and, what is even more important it has HAM cost for mind at 24. Nice. Isnt it?

My favorite weapon is a DLT with a damage slice and a stock. Does 238-350 with a speed of 5.7. I use either a 30% max damage powerup if I'm soloing, or a 30% speed powerup if I'm in a group. I'll be so happy the day I hit master and never need speed powerups again. Only bad thing about the rifle is the HAM cost, but that's what muon gold is for.

My other best weapon is a Krayt Laser rifle that's 48-425 with 4.7 speed (it got a speed slice ) and I do the same deal with powerups on it as with the DLT.

To the people who complain about Pistols being far too 'uber' with a krayt tissue:

I'm a master sharpshooter and can understand your initial concern over the matter. But think about - no pistol has armor piercing. the dx2 does, but it is a total hunk of sh|t. fine, you see FWG5's with over 400 dmg, same with scatters. so what? your average T21 is 130-357 before a slice. powered up your well over 500dmg, possibly even over 600dmg... and not just any dmg - AP3 dmg!

no other class in the game can take down armored mobs, NPC's, or PvP like we can. no one else can 'solo' (with a tank) a Krayt Dragon like we can. No one can load up a light armor piercing jawa (stun) weapon to over 350 dmg like we can. (composite killer).

you're T21 doing autofire at master is the same speed as a master pistoleer's 'uber'' FWG5 and does much more dmg. you are NOT holding the sh|tty end of this stick.

nevermind our specials, especially Strafe2 - PVP or PVE, strafe2 with a poweruped T21 is evil. add muon gold or ent. buff, or TKM powerboost - and a helmet for protection against eyeshot= go to town on whatever and whoever you want.

it would totally suck to be on a server without T21's. fortunately, mine got them just as I was ready for one.
